First of all you have to download proxifier from this click here link.
After installation run proxifier,then connect your mobile internet using rcomwap as apn.
Then click on profile tab in proxifier and select proxy servers.
Click on add and enter following proxies and port one by one select HTTPS
Choose any of these proxies which is working to you.
1) 10.239.221. 5 (8080)
2) 10.239.221.22 (8080)
3) 91.201.21.170 (80)
4) 95.140.47.243 (80)
5) 216.155.153.105 (80)
After successfully connection open your browser and enjoy free browsing and downloading.
